By means of operating a remote controller, only a few seconds are needed to make anti-radiation shading cloths (29) unfold from the foundation (2) in the front, back, left and right directions simultaneously. The fully-automatic car shading awning has a structure that is compact and reasonable and the motion thereof is flexible; the shading awning is reliable, firm and theft-proof; and both unfolding and retracting of the shading awning installed on a car may be automatically completed, the car may be free to drive, and using the shading awning is convenient.
