Abstract:
An aqueous inorganic zinc-rich primer, comprising the following components in parts by weight: component A: an aqueous amino resin: 40-60 parts; a silicone-acrylic emulsion: 8-15 parts; alkali metal silicate: 30-45 parts, a silicone coupling agent: 3-8 parts; an aqueous adhesion promoter: 3-8 parts; an anti-settling agent: 1-3 parts; a dispersing agent: 0.5-1.5 parts; a defoaming agent: 0.5-1.5 parts; deionized water: 45-65 parts; and component B: zinc powder: 30-40 parts; nano TiO2-SnO2: 1-2 parts; an inorganic pigment: 10-20 parts; a modified polyamine curing agent: 2.5-5 parts. The preparation method for the primer comprises: (1) proportionally adding an aqueous amino resin, a silicone-acrylic emulsion, alkali metal silicate and 15-22 parts of deionized water into a mixer at a constant temperature of 50°C and stirring at a rotational speed of 600-800 r/min for 20-30 min, continuing to stir, and continuously adding a silicone coupling agent, an aqueous adhesion promoter, an anti-settling agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and the remaining deionized water, then adjusting the rotational speed to 1200-1500 r/min and stirring for 10-20 min to obtain component A; (2) adding zinc powder, nano TiO2-SnO2, an inorganic pigment and a modified polyamine curing agent into another mixer, and stirring at a rotational speed of 200-400 r/min for 10-15 min to obtain component B; (3) stirring component A and component B at 1000-1200 r/min to obtain the aqueous inorganic zinc-rich primer.
