Abstract:
A ceramic surgical scalpel blade having high strength and toughness, comprising a scalpel blade body (1), the scalpel blade body (1) being made of a ceramic material and comprising a blade edge portion (11) and a connecting portion (12), the blade edge portion (11) and the connecting portion (12) being of an integral structure. The blade edge portion (11) comprises a first blade edge portion (111) and a second blade edge portion (112); the first blade edge portion (111) is located on the left end of the scalpel blade body (1) and provided obliquely to the right, the second blade edge portion (112) is located on the lower end of the scalpel blade body (1) and provided obliquely downward; the length of the first blade edge portion (111) is less than that of the second blade edge portion (112), and the included angle between the first blade edge portion (111) and the second blade edge portion (112) is an acute angle. The left end of the connecting portion (12) is fixedly connected to the blade edge portion (11), the right end of the connecting portion has a semicircular arc structure, and the connecting portion (12) is provided with connecting holes (2), the connecting holes (2) being composed of several circular holes (21), and a long slotted hole (22) is provided between two adjacent circular holes (21), the long slotted hole (22) having an arc and the arc curving inwards; the scalpel blade body (1) is connected to the scalpel handle through the connecting holes (2) on the connecting portion (12). Further provided is a production process for the ceramic surgical scalpel blade.
