Title: DIRECTIONAL SQUEEZING BALLOON DILATING CATHETER
Abstract:
A directional squeezing balloon dilating catheter, comprising: a catheter body (8), a double-layer balloon (9) connected to a far-end body part of the catheter body (8), and an external source input port connector arranged on a near-end body part of the catheter body (8). A developing ring (10) is provided in the double-layer balloon (9). The double-layer balloon (9) takes the catheter body (8) as a center; an inner-layer balloon has high compliance, and in the case of nominal pressure, a first conical part, a cylindrical working section A, a frustoconical working section B and a second conical part are pre-formed; and an outer-layer balloon has non-compliance. The catheter body (8) comprises three independent cavities, wherein a central cavity is a guide wire cavity (6), and two side cavities are respectively an inner balloon communicating cavity (3) and an outer balloon communicating cavity (4). One ends of the inner balloon communicating cavity (3) and the outer balloon communicating cavity (4) are respectively communicated with the inner-layer balloon and the outer-layer balloon, and the other ends are communicated with the connector Since the inner-layer balloon and the outer-layer balloon have different compliance, the directional squeezing balloon dilating catheter can dilate directionally, thus effectively reducing the size of plaques, avoiding branch involvement, and protecting endothelial tissues to the greatest extent.
