Abstract:
The present invention provides a thin film transistor manufacturing method, comprising a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged in a matrix; each pixel electrode comprises a first electrode area and a second electrode area connected to the first electrode area; the first electrode area comprises a first peripheral electrode and four first sub-areas each having a plurality of first branch electrodes; the first branch electrodes are disposed obliquely and at an angle to the first peripheral electrode; the second electrode area comprises a second peripheral electrode and four second sub-areas each having a plurality of second branch electrodes; among the four second sub-areas, the second branch electrodes in the two second sub-areas are laterally disposed, and the second branch electrodes in the other two second sub-areas are disposed longitudinally.
