Abstract:
An OLED display panel driving method using an improved driving circuit. The method comprises: setting a sensing line (S(a)) corresponding to every two columns of pixels (P); by cooperating with a driving signal time sequence, sensing by the a-th sensing line (S(a)) synchronously threshold voltages of light-emitting subpixels in odd rows of the 2a-1-th column of the pixels (P) and light-emitting subpixels in even rows of the 2a-th column of the pixels (P); or sensing by the a-th sensing line (S(a)) synchronously threshold voltages of light-emitting subpixels in even rows of the 2a-1-th column of the pixels (P) and light-emitting subpixels in odd rows of the 2a-th column of the pixels (P), so as to complete sensing on half of the subpixels in an OLED display panel. The quantity of the sensing lines can be reduced by half and the cost is lowered. Further provided is an OLED display panel driving method. According to the method, an improved driving signal time sequence is used in cooperation with a driving circuit, so that only half of the subpixels need to be sensed and the sensing times of the sensing lines can be reduced by half.
