Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for the hydrothermal synthesis of a three-dimensional Bi4MoO9/TiO2 nanostructured heterojunction, wherein a composite photocatalyst three-dimensional Bi4MoO9/TiO2 heterojunction is synthesized by means of a hydrothermal method, wherein Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and Na2MoO4·2H2O as raw materials for the synthesis of a Bi4MoO9 nanobelt crystal are mixed into a liquid phase with TiO2 nanospheres as an inducer, and the pH of the entire solution is controlled at different stages, thereby inducing the in situ growth of Bi4MoO9 nanobelts on the quasi-TiO2 nanospheres, so as to form the three-dimensional Bi4MoO9/TiO2 nanostructured heterojunction. During the reaction, H2O is used as a solvent and TiO2 nanospheres are used as an inducer, and no other organic reagents are introduced, and thus the cost of the raw materials and the number of subsequent washing processes are reduced, and the discharge of organic pollutants during the preparation and the treatment of wastewater are reduced, and at the same time, the grown composite nanocrystal has a uniform morphology and a superior photocatalytic performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la synthèse hydrothermale d'une hétérojonction nanostructurée Bi4MoO9/TiO2 tridimensionnelle, dans lequel une hétérojonction Bi4MoO9/TiO2 tridimensionnelle de photocatalyseur composite est synthétisée au moyen d'un procédé hydrothermique, dans lequel Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and Na2MoO4·2H2O en tant que matières premières pour la synthèse d'un cristal nanobandes Bi4MoO9 sont mélangés en une phase liquide avec des nanosphères TiO2 en tant qu'inducteur, et le pH de l'ensemble de la solution est régulé à différents stades, ce qui permet d'induire la croissance in situ de nanobandes Bi4MoO9 sur les nanosphères quasi-TiO2, de manière à former l'hétérojonction nanostructurée Bi4MoO9/TiO2 tridimensionnelle. Pendant la réaction, H2O est utilisé en tant que solvant et des nanosphères de TiO2 sont utilisées comme inducteur, et aucun autres réactif organique n'est introduit, et ainsi le coût des matières premières et le nombre de processus de lavage ultérieurs sont réduits, et la décharge de polluants organiques pendant la préparation et le traitement des eaux usées sont réduits, et en même temps, le nanocristal composite cultivé a une morphologie uniforme et une performance photocatalytique supérieure.
(ZH) 一种水热合成三维Bi4MoO9/TiO2纳米结构异质结的方法,采用水热法合成复合光催化剂三维Bi4MoO9/TiO2异质结,以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Na2MoO4·2H2O作为纳米带Bi4MoO9晶体的合成原料,以TiO2纳米球为诱导剂,在液相下混合,控制整个溶液不同阶段的pH值,在准TiO2纳米球上,诱导原位生长出Bi4MoO9纳米带,形成三维Bi4MoO9/TiO2纳米结构异质结。反应过程中以H2O为溶剂,TiO2纳米球为诱导剂,无其他有机试剂的引入,降低了原材料成本及后续清洗次数,减少了制备过程中有机污染物的排放与污水处理,同时生长出的复合纳米晶体形貌均一,光催化性能优越。
