Abstract:
(EN) A packaging adhesive for solar photovoltaic boards, comprising the following materials in parts by weight: 50 parts by weight of polyethyl methacrylate; 50 parts by weight of polyimide; 10 to 12 parts by weight of an ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer; 5 to 6 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol, and 2 to 3 parts by weight of sodium oxalate. The weather resistance of the packaging adhesive is improved by introducing polyimide into a polyethyl methacrylate system. At the same time, the ethylene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer, polyethylene glycol, and sodium oxalate, being used as auxiliary modification aids, can not only synergistically improve the weather resistance and stability of the packaging adhesive, but also effectively increase the adhesive strength of the packaging adhesive when exposed to the outdoors for a long time, reducing the influence of the packaging adhesive itself on the light transmittance and ensuring the power generation efficiency and service life of photovoltaic boards.
(FR) L'invention concerne un adhésif d'emballage pour panneaux photovoltaïques solaires, comprenant les matières suivantes, en parties en poids : 50 parties en poids de poly(méthacrylate d'éthyle); 50 parties en poids de polyimide; 10 à 12 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'éthylène-acrylate d'hydroxyéthyle; 5 à 6 parties en poids de polyéthylèneglycol et 2 à 3 parties en poids d'oxalate de sodium. La résistance aux intempéries de l'adhésif d'emballage est améliorée par l'introduction de polyimide dans un système de poly(méthacrylate d'éthyle).
