Title: ANTI-BLOCKING WATER SUPPLY DEVICE FOR SLAG DREDGER OF WASTE INCINERATION POWER PLANT
Abstract:
An anti-blocking water supply device for a slag dredger of a waste incineration power plant, comprising: a water tank (1), an internal communication pipeline (2) between the water tank (1) and a slag dredger water sink (8), a water supply pipeline (3), an automatic water supply control unit, and a water supply bypass (4). The automatic water supply control unit consists of a remote liquid level meter (5) disposed on the water tank (1) and an automatic water supply control valve (6) disposed on the water supply pipeline (3). The water supply bypass (4) leads an external water source (14) into the water tank (1), and supplied water (9) of the water tank (1) enters the slag dredger water sink (8) through the internal communication pipeline (2). When the water level of the water tank (1) drops to a set height, the remote liquid level meter (5) sends a signal to the automatic water supply control valve (6); the automatic water supply control valve (6) is opened, and the external water source (14) supplies water to the slag dredger (7) through the water supply pipeline (3). The internal communication pipeline (2) is connected downwardly from high to low to the slag dredger water sink (8) through the water tank (1). In the device, sludge hardly deposits in the pipelines, and the problem of pipeline blockage can be solved effectively.
