Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a display panel (100), comprising a substrate (10) and a plurality of thin film transistors (13) arranged in the substrate (10). A photoresist layer (11) and a light shielding layer (12) are provided between each thin film transistor (13) and the substrate (10); the photoresist layer (11) and the light shielding layer (12) correspond to a conductive channel (136) of the thin film transistor (13); the photoresist layer (11) is closer to the substrate (10) than the light shielding layer (12); the light shielding layer (12) is used for reflecting light transmitted from the substrate (10), so as to prevent the light from being transmitted to the conductive channel (136); and the photoresist layer (11) is used for refracting light from the substrate (10) and transmitting same unidirectionally in the light output direction of the display panel (100).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un panneau d'affichage (100), comprenant un substrat (10) et une pluralité de transistors à couches minces (13) disposés dans le substrat (10). Une couche de résine photosensible (11) et une couche de protection contre la lumière (12) sont disposées entre chaque transistor à couches minces (13) et le substrat (10); la couche de résine photosensible (11) et la couche de protection contre la lumière (12) correspondent à un canal conducteur (136) du transistor à couches minces (13); la couche de résine photosensible (11) est plus proche du substrat (10) que la couche de protection contre la lumière (12); la couche de protection contre la lumière (12) est utilisée pour réfléchir la lumière transmise à partir du substrat (10), de façon à empêcher la lumière d'être transmise au canal conducteur (136); et la couche de résine photosensible (11) est utilisée pour réfracter la lumière provenant du substrat (10) et la transmettre de manière unidirectionnelle dans la direction de sortie de lumière du panneau d'affichage (100).
