Abstract:
Provided is a centering and twist lock combination mechanism (10) for a multistage high-speed steam turbine, comprising a rotary shaft (12) and a plurality of stage impellers (16, 18, 20, 22) mounted on said rotary shaft (12); said plurality of stage impellers (16, 18, 20, 22) is connected to the rotary shaft (12) so as to drive the rotary shaft (12); the stage impellers (16, 18, 20, 22) are connected together by means of an end tooth meshing (121); each of the two ends of the plurality of stage impellers (16, 18, 20, 22) is provided with a locking nut (14) to apply a preload force to the stage impellers (16, 18, 20, 22) at each level. The centering twist lock combination mechanism (10) has the advantages of high efficiency, stable transmission axial force and torsional force, a compact structure, simple assembly, and high adaptability to working conditions.
