Abstract:
(EN) An image display device comprises: a thin film transistor backplane (1), and a first resolution display panel (2), a second resolution display panel (4), a display driving chip (3) and an integrated display driver (5), which are fixed on the thin film transistor backplane (1); the display driving chip (3) is electrically connected to bonding pads (111) on the thin film transistor backplane (1), and is provided under the second resolution display panel (4); and the display driving chip (3) is used for driving the second resolution display panel (4); the integrated display driver (5) is used for driving the first resolution display panel (2); and a resolution of the first resolution display panel (2) is lower than a resolution of the second resolution display panel (4). The first resolution display panel (2) is driven by the standard drive manner of thin film transistor display panels, to realize low resolution displaying, and the second resolution display panel (4) is driven by the display driving chip (3), to improve the displaying quality of the display device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage d'image qui comprend : un fond de panier (1) de transistor en couches minces et un premier panneau (2) d'affichage de résolution, un second panneau (4) d'affichage de résolution, une puce (3) de commande d'affichage et un pilote (5) d'affichage intégré qui sont fixés sur le fond de panier (1) de transistor en couches minces ; la puce (3) de pilotage d'affichage, qui est électriquement connectée à des plots (111) de connexion sur le fond de panier (1) de transistor en couches minces, est disposée sous le second panneau (4) d'affichage de résolution ; la puce (3) de commande d'affichage sert à commander le second panneau (4) d'affichage de résolution ; le pilote (5) d'affichage intégré sert à commander le premier panneau (2) d'affichage de résolution ; une résolution du premier panneau (2) d'affichage de résolution est inférieure à une résolution du second panneau (4) d'affichage de résolution. Le premier panneau (2) d'affichage de résolution est commandé par la commande standard des panneaux d'affichage à transistor en couches minces afin d'obtenir un affichage à basse résolution, et le second panneau (4) d'affichage de résolution est commandé par la puce (3) de commande d'affichage, afin d'améliorer la qualité d'affichage du dispositif d'affichage.
