Title: FIXING FRAME, BATTERY MODULE, AND BATTERY PACK
Abstract:
A fixing frame (32), a battery module (3), and a battery pack (P). The fixing frame (32) comprises: a frame body (321) and two thermally-conductive plates (322). Each thermally-conductive plate (322) is provided with a peripheral edge part (3221) and a main body part (3222). The two thermally-conductive plates (322) are docked together in the thickness direction. At least one main body part (3222) at least partly protrudes from the inner side to the outer side in the thickness direction. At least one main body part (3222) is provided with at least one protruding rib (D) protruding from the outer side to the inner side. Each protruding rib (D) and the surface of the corresponding thermally-conductive plate (322) are contactedly connected together. The at least one protruding rib (D) divides an internal space (S) into at least two flow channels. A flow inlet (W1), an inflow port (I), the at least two flow channels, an outflow port (O), and a flow outlet (W2) form a through channel. The battery module (3) comprises two secondary batteries (31) and the described fixing frame (32). The battery pack (P) comprises a plurality of the described battery module (3) arranged in parallel. As such, an external heat exchanging system and impact brought forth by an incomplete seal of an air cooling design in the prior art are obviated, heat dissipation effects are increased, and the structural design of the flow channels is simple.
