Abstract:
(EN) A brightening agent, an ash removal and brightening method for an aluminum alloy workpiece, and the aluminum alloy workpiece. The brightening agent comprises the following components in mass contents: 50 g/L to 500 g/L of nitric acid, 1 g/L to 200 g/L of phosphoric acid, 1 g/L to 50 g/L of chromic anhydride, 1 g/L to 200 g/L of sulfuric acid, 1 g/L to 10 g/L of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and 200 g/L to 500 g/L of water. The brightening agent can effectively remove stains, mold release agents and black rusts on the surface of the aluminum alloy workpiece, and can effectively remove black ash generated after acid corrosion and alkali corrosion are performed, so as to form a clean and bright surface, and the brightening agent provides excellent binding force for subsequent passivation or spray coating or electroplating, and is applicable to a variety of aluminum alloy workpieces (except, aluminum cast die), such as aluminum alloy 6061 and aluminum alloy 7072.
