(ZH) 皮膜钝化剂、金属件及其钝化处理方法
Abstract:
(EN) A film passivator, a metal component and a passivation treatment method therefor. The film passivator is used for the surface pretreatment of the metal component. The film passivator comprises the following components in mass contents: 0.2 g/L-8 g/L of titanium potassium oxalate, 0.1 g/L to 0.2 g/L of nitric acid, 0.02 g/L to 0.1 g/L of borofluorhydric acid, and 0.1 g/L to 20 g/L of acidic silicasol. The film passivator can form a corrosion-resistant passivation layer that is colorless to light-colored on an aluminum surface by means of spraying or immersion. The film passivator does not contain chromium ions or other heavy metals harming the environment, and is used for providing a bottom layer for coating treatment, is also used in final treatment, and is a green and environmentally-friendly product.
(FR) L'invention concerne un agent de passivation de film, un composant métallique, et un procédé de traitement de passivation associé. L'agent de passivation de film est utilisé pour le prétraitement de surface du composant métallique. L'agent de passivation de film comprend les composants suivants en teneurs massiques : 0,2 g/l à 8 g/l d'oxalate de potassium-titane, 0,1 g/l à 0,2 g/l d'acide nitrique, 0,02 g/l à 0,1 g/l d'acide borofluorhydrique, et 0,1 g/l à 20 g/l d'un sol de silice acide. L'agent de passivation de film peut former une couche de passivation résistante à la corrosion qui est incolore à la lumière colorée sur une surface en aluminium par pulvérisation ou immersion. L'agent de passivation de film ne contient pas d'ions chrome ou d'autres métaux lourds nuisibles à l'environnement, et est utilisé pour fournir une couche inférieure pour un traitement de revêtement, est également utilisé dans un traitement final, et est un produit écologique et respectueux de l'environnement.
