Abstract:
Disclosed is a hybrid fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material, comprising, in mass fraction, the following components: 10-30% of a glass fiber, 10-50% of a carbon fiber, 2-5% of an aramid, 5-15% of a bamboo fiber, 5-25% of a basic magnesium sulfate whisker, 10-30% of polypropylene, 2-5% of a functional polypropylene copolymer, 3-6% of an epoxy resin, 2-8% of a binder, and 5-30% of a filler. By adding the home-made functional polypropylene copolymer as a polymer surfactant, the surface tension of the hybrid fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material can be significantly increased, and the interfacial compatibility between the polypropylene resin and the glass fiber can be improved. The hybrid fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material has a higher elasticity modulus, tensile strength and toughness, expanding the application range of the material.
