Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to distension techniques for neutralising the rock explosions that often occur during the construction of underground works located in environments exposed to high stress fields, such as caverns, main tunnels or branches, degrading the rock in the surroundings thereof, applying tension-reducing techniques that involve fracturing by blasting long holes. The distension procedure is executed before the start of construction. In caverns, for example, from two or more horizontal drilling shafts that are parallel and perpendicular to σ1, two sets of long holes are drilled, each set being made up of two rows forming an envelope around same. Then, the long holes are loaded with explosives and detonated. The intensely fractured area of rock that will surround the excavations forms a shield that will prevent the occurrence of rock explosions.
(FR) Techniques de réduction de contraintes pour neutraliser les coups de terrain pouvant se produire pendant la construction d’ouvrages souterrains dans des environnement soumis à de champs de contraintes élevées tels que : cavernes, tunnels principaux ou puits, par dégradation de la roche environnante, par l’application de techniques de relaxation par fracturation par tirs à l’explosif au moyen de trous de mine longs. Le procédé de réduction de contraintes est réalisé avant le début de la construction. Dans les cavernes par exemple, deux ensembles de trous de mine longs sont forés à partir d’une ou plusieurs galeries de forage horizontales, parallèles, et perpendiculaires à σ1, chaque ensemble étant constitué de deux rangées formant une enveloppe autour d’elle, les trous de mine longs étant remplis d’explosifs et mis à feu . La zone de roche intensément fracturée entourant les excavations forme un bouclier empêchant la survenue de coups de terrain.
(ES) Técnicas de distensionamiento, para neutralizar los estallidos de rocas que suelen ocurrir durante la construcción de obras subterráneas emplazadas en ambientes sometidos elevados campos de esfuerzos - tales como: Cavernas; Túneles principales o Piques -, degradando la roca en su entorno, aplicando técnicas de relajamiento por fracturamiento mediante tronadura de tiros largos. El procedimiento de distensionamiento se ejecuta ante de iniciar su construcción. En Cavernas, por ejemplo, desde dos o más Galerías de Perforación horizontales y paralelas y perpendiculares a σ1, se perforan dos conjuntos de tiros largos, cada conjunto está constituido por dos filas formando un envoltorio en torno ella; en donde, los tiros largos se cargan con explosivos y se detonan. La zona de roca intensamente fracturada que rodeará a las excavaciones, se constituye en un escudo que impedirá la ocurrencia de explosiones de roca.
