Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1) linked to one or more movement sensors (2) with IoT technology (3), which, when suitably positioned on the pins (4) on the ejector plate (5) or on the movable plate (6P) of the mould (6), are capable of sending signals/data to a gateway (7) and then to a cloud (8N), or even executing another form of internal storage (9), to detect any type of unusual shifting among the parts of said mould (6), wherein said signals/data can be used for constructing predictive models.
(FR) Dispositif avec capteur de mouvement interconnecté par réseau pour la détection de déviations atypiques de moule d’injection et analogues. L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) connecté à un ou plusieurs capteurs (2) de mouvement à technologie IoT (3), lesquels, lorsqu’ils sont correctement positionnés sur les tiges (4), sur la plaque d’éjection (5) ou sur la plaque (6P) mobile du moule (6), sont capables d’envoyer des signaux/données en direction d’une passerelle (7), puis vers un nuage (8N), voire de réaliser un autre type de stockage interne (9), en vue de détecter n’importe quel type de déviation atypique entre les parties dudit moule (6), lesdits signaux/données pouvant être utilisés dans la construction de modèles prédictifs.
(PT) Dispositivo com sensor de movimento interligado por rede para detecção de desvios atípicos de molde de injeção e congênere. Refere-se a um dispositivo (1) ligado a um ou mais sensores (2) de movimento com tecnologia IoT (3), os quais, devidamente posicionados nos pinos (4), na placa ejetora (5), ou na placa (6P) móvel do molde (6), são capazes de enviar sinais/dados para um gateway (7) e daí para nuvem (8N), ou mesmo realizar outro tipo de armazenamento interno (9), a fim de detectar qualquer tipo de desvio atípico entre as partes do referido molde (6), sinais/dados estes que podem ser utilizados na construção de modelos preditivos.
