Presented herein are systems and methods that provide a study design and method capture technology that facilitates determining effective and improved analysis procedures for characterizing biologies. The approaches described herein allow a user to input known or expected information describing the general structures of a target biologic to be analyzed, such as its nominal primary structure, along with study class attributes that identify desired structural characterizations to be obtained for the target biologic. The described study design and method capture platform then determines detailed procedures that, when implemented, allow or enhance the process of obtaining the desired structural characterization of the target biologic.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés qui permettent de définir une conception d'étude et une technologie de capture de méthode qui facilitent la détermination de procédures d'analyse efficaces et améliorées pour caractériser des substances biologiques. Les approches ci-décrites permettent à un utilisateur de saisir des informations connues ou théoriques décrivant les structures générales d'une substance biologique cible à analyser, telles que sa structure primaire nominale, ainsi que les attributs de classe d'étude qui identifient les caractérisations structurales souhaitées à obtenir pour la substance biologique cible. La conception de l'étude et la plateforme de capture de méthode décrite détermine ensuite des procédures détaillées qui, quand elles sont mises en œuvre, permettent ou améliorent le processus d'obtention de la caractérisation structurale souhaitée de la substance biologique cible.
