Title: HIGH VOLUME FRACTION SICP/AL AND BISMUTHATE GLASS COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
A preparation method for high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) and bismuthate glass (8) composite material, comprising the following steps: (1) performing oxidising processing of a surface of high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) to be welded, such that the surface produces a layer of oxide film; (2) grinding and polishing the surface of bismuthate glass (8) to be welded, and cleaning the polished glass (8); (3) placing the high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) and the bismuthate glass (8) into a welding mould, the high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) being placed in the lower part and the bismuthate glass (8) being placed in the upper part, such that the two surfaces to be welded are tightly fitted together; and (4) placing the welding mould containing the high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) and the bismuthate glass (8) into a vacuum hot press furnace, and performing a vacuum hot press compositing operation on the composite material to obtain the high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) and bismuthate glass (8) composite material. Also disclosed is the high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) and bismuthate glass (8) composite material and the high volume fraction SiCp/Al (9) and bismuthate glass (8) composite material welding mould.
