Abstract:
Provided are a circuit structure and a drive method therefor, and a neural network. The circuit structure (100) comprises: at least one circuit unit (101), wherein each circuit unit (101) comprises a first group of resistive-switching devices (1) and a second group of resistive-switching devices (2); the first group of resistive-switching devices (1) comprises a resistance-value gradually-changing device (10); the second group of resistive-switching devices (2) comprises a resistive-value suddenly-changing device (20); the first group of resistive-switching devices (1) is connected to the second group of resistive-switching devices (2) in series; and with no voltage applied, a resistive value of the first group of resistive-switching devices (1) is greater than a resistive value of the second group of resistive-switching devices (2). In the circuit structure, a resistive-value gradually-changing device is used to be connected to a resistive-value suddenly-changing device in series to form a neuronal-like structure, so as to realize a function of simulating neurons in a human brain.
