Abstract:
Disclosed is a control system for vacuumizing detection, comprising: a vacuum sensor (6), a digital display vacuum meter (9) and an electromagnetic valve (5), wherein the electromagnetic valve (5) and the vacuum sensor (6) are respectively connected to the digital display vacuum meter (9); the digital display vacuum meter (9) comprises a liquid crystal screen (224), a control unit (221), and a vacuum sensor drive unit (223); the liquid crystal screen (224) is electrically connected to the control unit (221), and the control unit (221) is electrically connected to the vacuum sensor drive unit (223); the vacuum sensor (6) sends a detected vacuum degree to the control unit (221), and the control unit (221) sends the received vacuum degree to the liquid crystal screen (224) for display; and when the received vacuum degree reaches a pre-set threshold value, the control unit (221) determines that a vacuumizing requirement is reached, and controls the electromagnetic valve (5) so that same is closed, allowing a vacuum pump to stop vacuumizing. In addition, a control method for vacuumizing detection, the digital display vacuum meter (9) and the vacuum pump are further disclosed, improving the precision of vacuumizing of the vacuum pump.
