Title: DUAL-PURPOSE UNWINDING AND JOINING DEVICE FOR BASE FABRICS AND SURFACE FABRICS OF COMPOUND MACHINE
Abstract:
A dual-purpose unwinding and joining device for base fabrics and surface fabrics of a compound machine, comprising a base (1), and a frame (2) provided on the base (1). Two bilaterally symmetrical workbenches (3) are provided on the frame (2), and a laminating space (9) is provided between the left and right workbenches (3); pressing rods (4) are provided on the left and right workbenches (3), and a laminating mechanism for laminating a joint is further provided between the two pressing rods (4); the laminating mechanism comprises two pressing blocks (8) which are symmetrical to each other with respect to the workbenches and arranged vertically; the pressing blocks (8) are connected to a laminating cylinder (7), and the laminating cylinder (7) is connected to the laminating frame (6); the laminating cylinder (7) can push the bottom surfaces of two symmetrical pressing blocks (8) to be in contact; the bottom surfaces of the pressing blocks (8) are further provided with evenly distributed air holes (85); air pumping means (10) are further connected to the pressing blocks (8). The device is joined by an adhesive tape and conventional joining by gluing is replaced, thus the device is more environmental-friendly; the lamination is performed by using the vertically symmetrical pressing block mechanisms; the upper end surface and the lower end surface of fabrics can be joined by the adhesive tape; thus the device can be applied to the joining of surface fabrics or bottom fabrics; the application range is wide.
