Title: METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT CORROSION RESISTANT MARKING BY USING ULTRAFAST LASER
Abstract:
A method for carrying out corrosion resistant marking by using an ultrafast laser, comprising the following steps: taking a workpiece to be processed (1) and drawing or importing a pattern which needs to be marked according to a mark pattern; setting the position of a laser focus and parameters of a laser processing; and forming a micro-nano structure on the surface of the material through the laser processing. According to the laser marking method, a micro-nano structure is formed on the surface of the material to obtain a desired mark. Compared with a traditional marking method, the method has the advantage that the obtained mark is generally black, has corrosion resistance and does not fade under light.
