Abstract:
Disclosed is a carbon dioxide laser integrated with an optical path redirection device, the carbon dioxide laser comprising a gas storage tube (7), a discharge tube (8) and a water-cooling tube (9), wherein the water-cooling tube (9) is sheathed outside the discharge tube (8), and the gas storage tube (7) is sheathed outside the water-cooling tube (9); two sides of the discharge tube (8) are provided with cavities, with two end parts of the cavity being respectively provided with a first electrode (4) and a second electrode (11); one end of the gas storage tube (7) is connected to an output lens adjusting head (12), and the output lens adjusting head (12) is embedded with an output lens (13); and an optical path redirection device (1) is sheathed outside the output lens adjusting head (12), and at least one reflection lens is arranged in the optical path redirection device (1). The carbon dioxide laser has a rational structure, and redirection of an optical path can be realised by integrating the optical path redirection device (1) on the outer side of the existing output lens (13), avoiding the problem of space occupation caused by external arrangement of a redirection device. Meanwhile, by extending a high-voltage access wire, the safe operation of the laser is guaranteed, avoiding the occurrence of a firing phenomenon.
