Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-tube carbon dioxide laser integrated with a lens insulating and cooling structure, the multi-tube carbon dioxide laser comprising a gas storage tube (1), wherein at least one discharge tube (21, 22, 23) is arranged in the gas storage tube; two ends of the discharge tube are stretched out to the outside of the gas storage tube; the two end parts of the discharge tube are respectively provided with a negative electrode (4); two sides of the discharge tube communicate with the gas storage tube via a gas return tube (8); the two end parts of the discharge tube are respectively provided with a total reflection lens (9), an output lens (10) and refraction lenses (11, 12); an insulating and cooling structure (13) is adaptively sheathed outside the refraction lens; and the insulating and cooling structure uses a ceramic structure, and the insulating and cooling structure is further provided with a water-cooling patch (14). The multi-tube carbon dioxide laser integrated with a lens insulating and cooling structure has a compact structure and a rational design. By improving an original carbon dioxide laser and by arranging a plurality of discharge tubes in the gas storage tube, the output power of a laser tube is increased and working efficiency is improved. Moreover, a structure having insulating and cooling functions is provided outside the refraction lenses, thereby prolonging the service life of the refraction lenses and increasing the safety factor.
