(ZH) 一种复合抗菌除臭功能母粒、纤维的制备方法
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are methods for preparing a masterbatch and a fiber with compound antibacterial and deodorizing functions, wherein the method for preparing a masterbatch with compound antibacterial and deodorizing functions comprises the surface modification of a copper-based powder, the formulation of a functional compound resin powder, and the preparation of the masterbatch with the compound antibacterial and deodorizing functions. The novel antibacterial and deodorizing masterbatch and fiber are prepared by using an all-new antibacterial compound mechanism, and have a permanent antibacterial function, the mechanical properties thereof can reach the standards for ordinary fibers, and same completely meet the various requirements of weaving; and the cost is comparable to that of an antibacterial post-treatment, the pollution is reduced, the export of textiles can be expanded, and the added value of the textiles is increased.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés de préparation d'un mélange maître et d'une fibre ayant des fonctions antibactériennes et désodorisantes composée, le procédé de préparation d'un mélange maître ayant des fonctions antibactériennes et désodorisantes composées comprenant la modification de surface d'une poudre à base de cuivre, la formulation d'une poudre de résine de composé fonctionnel, et la préparation du mélange maître avec les fonctions antibactériennes et désodorisantes composées. Le nouveau mélange maître antibactérien et désodorisant et la fibre sont préparés en utilisant un mécanisme composé antibactérien tout-nouveau, et ont une fonction antibactérienne permanente, leurs propriétés mécaniques peuvent atteindre les normes pour des fibres ordinaires, et ils répondent parfaitement aux diverses exigences de tissage; le coût est en outre comparable à celui d'un post-traitement antibactérien, la pollution est réduite, l'exportation de textiles peut être étendue, et la valeur ajoutée des textiles est augmentée.
(ZH) 一种复合抗菌除臭功能母粒、纤维的制备方法,其中复合抗菌除臭功能母粒的制备方法包括,铜系粉体的表面修饰、功能复配树脂粉体配置以及复合抗菌除臭功能母粒的制备。采用全新的抗菌复配机理制备新的抗菌除臭母粒、纤维,具有永久性抗菌功能,机械性能可以达到普通纤维的标准,完全满足各种织造的要求,成本与抗菌后整理相当,减少了污染,可以扩大纺织品的出口,提升纺织品的附加值。
