Title: RAPID POWER COORDINATION CONTROL METHOD FOR NEW ENERGY STATION TO PARTICIPATE IN PRIMARY FREQUENCY REGULATION
Abstract:
A rapid power coordination control method for a new energy station to participate in primary frequency regulation: a rapid power coordination control system is established at a new energy station; the system receives a rapid power regulation command from a stability control master station system and an automatic gain control (AGC)/automatic volume control (AVC) planning and regulating command from a scheduling center, and may also rapidly calculate a target power in an offline and locally autonomous mode, then break down the target power, and directly issue the power, by means of an Ethernet, to numerous power generation units in the station, such as photovoltaic inverters and centrifugal fans, thereby achieving active and reactive power regulation responses at the new energy station within 100 milliseconds, thereby participating in primary frequency regulation of the power system, reaching a stable system frequency and voltage, and improving the system stability and economic operation level of the new energy station.
