Abstract:
Disclosed are a 4,5-disubstituted-1-hydro-pyrrole(2,3-f)quinolone-2,7,9-tricarboxylate compound, an analogue of same or a derivative of same, the structure thereof is as represented by formula I: where R1 and R4 respectively are independently selected from the following atoms or groups: hydrogen, a straight-chain or branched C1-8 alkyl, a halogenated straight-chain or branched C1-8 alkyl, an aralkyl or a substituted aromatic hydrocarbon; R2 is independently selected from the following atoms or groups: a halogen, a straight-chain or branched C1-8 alkoxy, and a halogenated straight-chain or branched C1-8 alkoxy; and R3 is independently selected from the following atoms or groups: a straight-chain or branched C1-8 alkoxy and a halogenated straight-chain or branched C1-8 alkoxy. The compound can serve as a reaction intermediate for synthesizing PQQ and replaces a process of employing a CAN oxidizer for PQQ synthesis in existing patents and prior art documents. This allows the entire process to be more inexpensive and efficient.
