A manufacturing method for a phase-shifted grating based on a tapered optical fibre, wherein same relates to the technical field of optical fibre application, and comprises: tapering and welding two sections of flattened optical fibres to obtain a tapered optical fibre (S101); fixing the tapered optical fibre onto a tilt table located on an electronically-controlled three-dimensional mobile platform, moving the electronically-controlled three-dimensional mobile platform, and performing a synchronous observation, so that the axial direction of the tapered optical fibre is parallel to the horizontal direction, and the energy density of a light spot focusing femtosecond laser is adjusted to a pre-set size (S102); and moving the position of the light spot of the femtosecond laser by a pre-set distance from the left side of a tapered region, moving the light spot of the femtosecond laser by a pre-set distance from an upper edge of a fibre core of the tapered optical fibre, and performing, according to a pre-set grating fabrication method, fibre Bragg grating fabrication on both ends of the tapered region (S103). The phase-shifted grating based on a tapered optical fibre manufactured using the method is of an all-optical-fibre structure, and can avoid electromagnetic interference. Moreover, the present invention is simple in terms of structure and the manufacturing process, and is high in reliability and good in flexibility.
