Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a calixarene-type photocurable polyurethane resin, the calixarene-type photocurable polyurethane resin being prepared by means of the following steps: (1) preparing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer; (2) preparing an isocyanate semi-terminated prepolymer; and (3) grafting the isocyanate semi-terminated prepolymer prepared in step (2) with a calixarene monomer to prepare the calixarene-type photocurable polyurethane resin. The present invention relates to grafting a calixarene with groups, such as photocurable coumarin and a double bond, to prepare a calixarene-type photocurable self-repairing polyurethane resin, thus greatly improving the hardness of self-repairing, while also ensuring a better self-repairing performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne une résine de polyuréthane photodurcissable de type calixarène, la résine de polyuréthane photodurcissable de type calixarène étant préparée au moyen des étapes suivantes : (1) préparation d'un prépolymère à terminaison isocyanate; (2) préparation d'un prépolymère à semi-terminaison isocyanate; et (3) greffage du prépolymère à semi-terminaison isocyanate préparé à l'étape (2) avec un monomère de calixarène pour préparer la résine de polyuréthane photodurcissable de type calixarène. La présente invention concerne le greffage d'un calixarène avec des groupes, tels qu'une coumarine photodurcissable et une double liaison, pour préparer une résine de polyuréthane photodurcissable auto-cicatrisante de type calixarène, ce qui permet d'améliorer considérablement la dureté de l'auto-cicatrisation, tout en garantissant également une meilleure performance d'auto-réparation.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种杯芳烃型光固化聚氨酯树脂,所述杯芳烃型光固化聚氨酯树脂通过如下步骤制得:(1)制备异氰酸基封端的预聚物;(2)制备异氰酸基半封端的预聚物;(3)将杯芳烃单体接入步骤(2)制得的异氰酸基半封端的预聚物中,制得所述杯芳烃型光固化聚氨酯。本发明将可光固化的香豆素、双键等基团接枝到杯芳烃上,制备了杯芳烃型光固化自修复聚氨酯树脂,在保证较好自修复性能的同时,大大提高了自修复的硬度。
