Title: TWO-DIMENSIONAL MATERIAL HETEROJUNCTION SATURABLE ABSORPTION MIRROR AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
A two-dimensional material heterojunction saturable absorption mirror (100), applicable to the technical field of lasers. The two-dimensional material heterojunction saturable absorption mirror (100) comprises a substrate (101) etched with electrodes (102), a gold film layer (103) covering the substrate (101) and an atomic hierarchical two-dimensional material p-n junction film (104) covering the gold film layer (103); and the two-dimensional material heterojunction saturable absorption mirror (100) further comprises an adjustable direct-current power supply (106), wherein the adjustable direct-current power supply (106) is connected to the electrodes (102). The two-dimensional material heterojunction saturable absorption mirror (100) applies, via the adjustable direct-current power supply (106), external direct-current bias voltages with different amplitude values to the symmetrical electrodes (102) of the two-dimensional material heterojunction absorption mirror (100) to change the amplitudes of the external direct-current bias voltages, so as to actively optimize the nonlinear optical property of the two-dimensional material heterojunction saturated absorption mirror (100), and further optimize the laser property of a pulse fiber laser (200).
