Disclosed is a network allocation method. The method comprises: S101. based on a connection request signal from a mobile terminal, a wireless router acquiring location information corresponding to the mobile terminal; S102. identifying whether the location information corresponding to the mobile terminal is located within an effective area of a wireless signal, and if so, acquiring load state information about a communication channel in the wireless router, and if not, rejecting the connection request signal; and S103. arranging and screening the load state information about the communication channel, and connecting the mobile terminal to the communication channel with the minimum bandwidth load. Further disclosed is a network allocation system. The present invention can provide an efficient and simple network allocation method.
