Title: STEERING APPARATUS
Abstract:
A steering apparatus, comprising a housing (1) and a main shaft (2), the front end of the main shaft (2) being provided with a first inner spline (31), the first inner spline (31) being fixed at the rear end of a connecting flange (32), the front end of the connecting flange (32) being connected to a hand wheel by means of a hand wheel shaft (34), the rear side of the main shaft (2) being provided with a second inner spline (24), a driven sprocket (36) being fixed on the outer side of the second inner spline (24), a spline flange (37) being fixed at the rear end of the second inner spline (24), the driven sprocket (36) being connected to a driving sprocket (41) by means of a chain, the driving sprocket (41) being mounted on an output end of a brushless motor (4), the rear end of the main shaft (2) being connected to a marine full-hydraulic steering device, an outer spline (5) capable of sliding axially along the main shaft (2) being sleeved over the main shaft (2), the axial sliding of the outer spline (5) being driven by an electric-powered drive mechanism, and the outer spline (5) being arranged between the first inner spline (31) and the second inner spline (24); driven by the electric-powered drive mechanism, the outer spline (5) engages with the first inner spline (31) or engages with the second inner spline (24). The present steering apparatus can switch between manual and electric-powered steering functions, simplifying the installation process, increasing the degree of automation, and being easy to operate.
