Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a recording element which is suitable for producing high-resolution flexographic printing plates by means of digital information transmission and which can be imaged by means of actinic laser radiation, containing or consisting of the following layers: (A) a carrier film, (B) a photopolymerizable layer/relief layer which can be crosslinked by means of actinic radiation, (C) optionally an intermediate layer which is transparent to actinic radiation or an intermediate layer which is transparent to actinic radiation as a separating element, and (D) a template layer which is capable of recording and comprises a monomer diazonium compound or (Da) an imaged template layer. The invention likewise relates to a semi-finished product, to a method for producing the recording element, and to a method for producing flexographic printing plates.
(FR) L’invention concerne un élément d’enregistrement approprié pour la fabrication de plaques d’impression flexographique haute résolution par transfert numérique d’informations, pouvant être muni d’images par rayonnement laser actinique, et contenant les couches suivantes ou en étant composé : (A) un film de support, (B) une couche photopolymérisable/une couche en relief pouvant être réticulée par rayonnement laser, (C) optionnellement une couche intermédiaire perméable au rayonnement actinique ou un film intermédiaire perméable au rayonnement actinique en tant qu'élément de séparation, (D) une couche originale enregistrable contenant un composé diazonium monomère ou (Da) une couche originale munie d’images. L’invention concerne également un produit semi-fini et un procédé de fabrication d’un élément d’enregistrement, ainsi qu’un procédé de fabrication de plaques d’impression flexographique.
(DE) Beschrieben wird ein zur Herstellung von hochauflösenden Flexodruckplatten durch digitale Informationsübertragung geeignetes mit aktinischer Laserstrahlung bebilderbares Aufzeichnungselement, welches die folgenden Schichten enthält oder daraus besteht: (A) eine Trägerfolie, (B) eine fotopolymerisierbare Schicht/Reliefschicht, die durch aktinische Strahlung vernetzbar ist, (C) optional eine für aktinische Strahlung transparente Zwischenschicht oder eine für aktinische Strahlung transparente Zwischenfolie als Trennelement, (D) eine aufzeichnungsfähige Vorlageschicht umfassend eine monomere Diazonium-Verbindung oder (Da) eine bebilderte Vorlageschicht. Ebenfalls beschrieben werden ein Halbfabrikat und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Aufzeichnungselements sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung von Flexodruckplatten.
