Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a system for the recirculation of gas in air gaps of rotating machines via an ejector (10), a motor (18) and a pump (32), consisting in circulating a gas (08) extracted from a gas-extraction unit (24) which is located in the pump (32). This gas circulates in the gap between the rotor (28) and the stator (26) of the motor (18). The rotor (28) of the motor (18) is coupled to the shaft of the pump (32), and in one embodiment the gas (08) from the gas-extraction unit (24) flows from the pump (32) to the ejector (10) in order to be injected into the air gap (20), the gap between the rotor (28) and the stator (26), thereafter returning to the process line (34). In another embodiment, the gas (08) from the gas-extraction unit (24) flows from the pump (32), being injected directly into the air gap (20), thereafter passing via the ejector (10) in order to recirculate the gas to the process line (34).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système pour recirculation de gaz dans des espaces annulaires de machines tournantes, faisant intervenir (10), un moteur (18) et une pompe (32), et permettant de faire circuler un gaz (08) extrait d’une unité d'extraction de gaz (24) située dans la pompe (32). Ce gaz circule dans l’espace entre le rotor (28) et le stator (26) du moteur (18). Le rotor (28) du moteur (18) est accouplé à l’axe de la pompe (32) et, dans un mode de réalisation, le gaz (08) de l’unité d’extraction de gaz (24) s’écoule à partir de la pompe (32) en direction de l’éjecteur (10) avant d’être injecté dans l’espace annulaire (20), espace situé entre le rotor (28) et le stator (26), puis revient dans la conduite de traitement (34). Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le gaz (08) de l’unité d'extraction de gaz (24) s’écoule à partir de la pompe (32) et est directement injecté dans l’espace annulaire (20) avant de passer par l’éjecteur (10) en vue de la recirculation du gaz dans la conduite de traitement (34).
(PT) A presente invenção trata um sistema para recirculação de gás em espaços anulares de máquinas rotativas através de um ejetor(10), um motor(18) e uma bomba(32), consistindo em circular um gás(08) extraído de uma unidade de extração de gás(24), que está localizada na bomba(32). Esse gás circula no espaço entre o rotor(28) e estator(26) do motor(18). O rotor(28) do motor(18) está acoplado ao eixo da bomba(32), em uma realização o gás (08) da unidade de extração de gás(24) flui da bomba(32) para o ejetor(10) para ser injetado no espaço anular(20), espaço entre o rotor(28) e estator(26), e depois voltando a linha de processo(34). Em outra realização o gás(08) da unidade de extração de gás(24) flui da bomba(32) sendo injetado diretamente no espaço anular(20) e depois passando pelo ejetor(10) para recircular o gás na linha de processo(34).
