Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure provides a microbe engineering platform that permits optimization of microbe fitness levels to optimize a microbe's suitability for industrial fermentation. The disclosed platform identifies an association between microbe properties and microbe fitness levels. The association between microbe properties and microbe fitness levels may be used to identify candidate microbes with desired fitness levels. The identified candidate microbes may be used to further optimize the industrial fermentation process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une plateforme d'ingénierie microbienne qui permet l'optimisation des niveaux d'aptitude des microbes en vue d'optimiser le caractère approprié d'un microbe pour la fermentation industrielle. La plateforme selon l'invention identifie une association entre des propriétés de microbes et des niveaux d'aptitude de microbes. L'association entre des propriétés des microbes et les niveaux d'aptitude des microbes peut être utilisée pour identifier des microbes candidats ayant des niveaux d'aptitude souhaités. Les microbes candidats identifiés peuvent être utilisés pour optimiser davantage le processus de fermentation industrielle.
