Abstract:
(EN) Systems and methods for monitoring underwater structures are provided. First and second sets of point cloud data that are obtained at different times are compared to determine whether the location of the underwater structure has changed. For detecting vibration, a series of range measurements taken along a line intersecting the underwater structure are compared to one another to determine an amplitude and frequency of any vibration present in the underwater structure. For detecting temperature, the ratio of different components of return signals obtained from a point in the water surrounding the underwater structure is measured to derive the temperature of the water. Leak detection can be performed by scanning areas around the underwater structure. Monitoring systems can include a primary receiver for range measurements, and first and second temperature channel receivers for temperature measurements.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de surveillance de structures sous-marines. Des premier et second ensembles de données Cloud de points qui sont obtenus à différents moments sont comparés pour déterminer si l'emplacement de la structure sous-marine a changé. Afin de détecter une vibration, une série de mesures de distance prises le long d'une ligne croisant la structure sous-marine sont comparées les unes aux autres pour déterminer une amplitude et une fréquence de toute vibration présente dans la structure sous-marine. Afin de détecter la température, le rapport de différents composants de signaux de retour obtenus à partir d'un point dans l'eau entourant la structure sous-marine est mesuré pour déduire la température de l'eau. La détection de fuite peut être réalisée par balayage de zones autour de la structure sous-marine. Des systèmes de surveillance peuvent comprendre un récepteur primaire pour des mesures de distance, et des premier et second récepteurs de canal de température pour des mesures de température.
