Abstract
(EN) In accordance with one embodiment, lower energy photons are combined into a higher energy photon, a phat, by a shift in equilibrium from plasma toward condensing atoms. Phats are an ingredient for new compositions of matter and for nuclear reactions. Many of these compositions of matter are between a chemical and a nuclear scale. A self-assembled reactor is described at this scale. Also, fuels are produced that are high energy activated compositions of matter. Some activated compositions of matter can cause various nuclear reactions. A sequence is described for generalized chemical/nuclear steps. The nuclear reactions which occur include: photodisintegration, neutron absorption, accelerated nuclear decay of radioactive isotopes, and fusion of various combinations of elements.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, des photons de plus faible énergie combinés en un photon d'énergie plus importante, un phat, par une modification de l’équilibre du plasma vers des atomes en condensation. Les phats constituent un ingrédient destiné à de nouvelles compositions de matière et à des réactions nucléaires. Un grand nombre de ces compositions de matière sont comprises entre un produit chimique et une échelle nucléaire. À cette échelle, l’invention porte sur un réacteur auto-assemblé. En outre, des carburants sont produits, lesquels sont des compositions de matière activées à haute énergie. Certaines compositions de matière activées peuvent provoquer diverses réactions nucléaires. L’invention porte en outre sur une séquence destinée à des étapes chimiques/nucléaires généralisées. Les réactions nucléaires qui se produisent comprennent : la photodésintégration, l'absorption de neutrons, la désintégration nucléaire accélérée d'isotopes radioactifs, et la fusion de diverses combinaisons d'éléments.
