Abstract:
(EN) A method and mold assembly for manufacturing a rotor blade component of a wind turbine is disclosed. The mold assembly includes a mold body that is divided into a plurality of mold zones, with each mold zone having a sensor for sensing a temperature thereof. Further, a composite material schedule is provided for each of the mold zones. Thus, the method includes placing composite material onto the mold body according to the composite material schedule and supplying a resin material to each mold zone of the mold body. The method also includes implementing a cure cycle for the component that includes supplying heat to each of the mold zones, continuously receiving signals from the sensors from the mold zones, and dynamically controlling via machine learning the supplied heat to each mold zone based on the sensor signals and the composite material schedule.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un ensemble moule pour fabriquer un composant de pale de rotor d'une éolienne. L'ensemble moule comprend un corps de moule qui est divisé en une pluralité de zones de moule, chaque zone de moule ayant un capteur pour détecter sa température. En outre, un programme de matériau composite est fourni pour chacune des zones de moule. Ainsi, le procédé consiste à placer un matériau composite sur le corps de moule selon le programme de matériau composite et à fournir un matériau de résine à chaque zone de moule du corps de moule. Le procédé comprend également la mise en place d'un cycle de durcissement pour le composant comprenant la fourniture de chaleur à chacune des zones de moule, la réception en continu des signaux provenant des capteurs à partir des zones de moule et la commande dynamique, par l'intermédiaire d'un apprentissage machine, de la chaleur fournie à chaque zone de moule sur la base des signaux de capteur et du programme de matériau composite.
