Abstract:
(EN) The method for increasing the efficiency of water resource diversion and utilisation is designed for the rapid diversion of large volumes of water over long distances and for the most efficient utilisation of water resources. The invention envisages the use of water mains of variable section, with diffusors at the inlet and outlet which create an acceleration and deceleration of the flow, and the use of a water column, created by the differential between the level of water in a basin and a hydroelectric power plant located below.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour améliorer l'efficacité d’utilisation de ressources en eau et est destinée à un transfert rapide de grands volumes d'eau à de grandes distances et une utilisation efficace au maximum des ressources en eau. L’invention prévoit l’utilisation de grandes lignes d’eau à section transversale variable avec des diffuseurs à l’entrée et à la sortie qui assure une accélération ou un ralentissement du flux et l’utilisation également d'une colonne d’eau formée par une différence du niveau d’eau dans un bassin et d’une installation hydraulique montée en aval.
(RU) Способ повышения эффективности переброски и использования водных ресурсов предназначен для скоростной переброски больших объемов воды на большие расстояния и наиболее эффективного использования гидроресурсов. Изобретение предусматривает использование водных магистралей переменного сечения с диффузорами на входе и выходе, создающими ускорение и замедление потока, и использование водного столба, созданного разницей уровня воды в бассейне и ниже расположенной гидроустановки.
