Title: PACKER ASSEMBLY FOR REPAIRING CRACKS OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING CRACKS USING SAME
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packer assembly for repairing cracks of concrete structures, and a method for repairing cracks using same, the packer assembly providing high-powered adhesiveness between repairing material for repairing cracks injected into a bored hole and an existing concrete structure, thereby not only eliminating the paradox of having to perform additional repair work on a repair, but also preventing the repairing material from spurting out through an interstial space. The method comprises: (S100) a hole boring step of boring, by using a drill, a portion around the clearance at which the crack is formed; (S200) a fine powder removing step of removing fine powder generated during a boring process, by opening a water or air opening/closing valve (140) in a state in which a packer (200), which is the end of the packer assembly (P), is inserted into the hole; (S300) a repairing material/hardening agent injecting step of simultaneously injecting the repairing material and a hardening agent into the hole (40) by opening a repairing material/hardening agent opening/closing valve (120) in a state in which the packer (200), which is the end of the packer assembly (P), is inserted after the fine powder generated in the hole is removed, and injecting the same in a state in which an ejection prevention means (170) of the packer assembly (P) comes in close contact with a wall surface so as to block ejection such that the repairing material and the hardening agent are not ejected to the peripheral clearance during the injection of the repairing material and the hardening agent; and (S400) a finishing step of finishing the surface of the crack when the repairing material/hardening agent is dried after the injection thereof.
