Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a welding inspection apparatus for a secondary battery, the apparatus inspecting whether welding, of a welding device for welding an overlapped portion of an electrode tab and an electrode lead by using electrical energy, is defective, and comprising: a measurement unit for acquiring measured welding data by measuring a power value (P) supplied to the welding device and the time-taken (S) when the electrode tab and the electrode lead are welded; an instrumentation unit for displaying, on a graph, a waveform that represents the relationship of the power value (P) and the time-taken (S), by welding by using the measured welding data acquired by means of the measurement unit; and an inspection unit for inspecting whether welding is defective by comparing a measured welding waveform and a normal welding waveform displayed on the graph.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil d'inspection de soudure pour une batterie rechargeable, l'appareil servant à inspecter si la soudure, d'un dispositif de soudage destiné à souder une partie en chevauchement d'une languette d'électrode et d'un fil d'électrode à l'aide d'énergie électrique, est défectueuse, et comprenant : une unité de mesure pour acquérir des données de soudage obtenues par mesure d'une valeur de puissance (P) fournie au dispositif de soudage et du temps réel (S) lorsque la languette d'électrode et le fil d'électrode sont soudés; une unité d'instrumentation pour afficher, sur un graphique, une forme d'onde qui représente la relation de la valeur de puissance (P) et du temps réel (S), par soudage en utilisant les données de soudage mesurées acquises au moyen de l'unité de mesure; et une unité d'inspection pour inspecter si la soudure est défectueuse en comparant une forme d'onde de soudage mesurée et une forme d'onde de soudage normale affichée sur le graphique.
(KO) 본 발명은 전기에너지로 전극탭과 전극리드의 겹쳐진 부분을 용접하는 용접장치의 용접 불량 여부를 검사하는 이차전지용 용접 검사장치로서, 상기 전극탭과 상기 전극리드의 용접시 상기 용접장치에 공급된 전력값(P)과 걸린 시간(S)을 측정하여 측정용접 데이터(Data)를 획득하는 측정부; 상기 측정부에 의해 획득한 측정용접 데이터를 이용하여 전력값(P)과 걸린 시간(S)의 관계를 나타내는 파형을 그래프에 표시하는 계측부; 및 상기 그래프에 표시된 측정용접 파형과 정상용접 파형을 대비하여 용접 불량여부를 검사하는 검사부를 포함한다.
