Title: METHOD FOR PREPARING DNA-INORGANIC HYBRID NANOFLOWERS HAVING NUCLEASE RESISTANCE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing nucleic acid-inorganic hybrid nanoflowers, the method causing a reaction in a solution in which nucleic acids and a metal ion-containing compound are dissolved at room temperature, such that a nitrogen atom in an amide bond or in an amine group present in the nucleic acids forms a hybrid with the metal ion. An organic and inorganic hybrid nanoflower structure can be simply synthesized by using nucleic acids in eco-friendly conditions without harmful chemicals, and the prepared nucleic acid-inorganic hybrid nanoflower structure has excellent DNA carrying efficiency, is resistant to nucleases, and exhibits greatly enhanced peroxidase activity, thereby being widely usable in a carrier for gene therapy and biosensing technology.
