Abstract:
(EN) Good-quality differentiated cells are acquired. The method for improving the quality of differentiated cells is carried out in the steps for inducing the differentiation of stem cells, and includes a step for adding, to the culture medium, (a) a polynucleotide that contains the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or a base sequence provided by the execution on the aforementioned base sequence of the deletion, substitution, insertion, or addition of 1 to 3 bases or (b) a vector that encodes the polynucleotide according to (a).
(FR) La présente invention permet l'acquisition de cellules différenciées de bonne qualité. Le procédé d'amélioration de la qualité de cellules différenciées est mis en œuvre dans des étapes consistant à induire la différenciation de cellules souches, et comprend une étape consistant à ajouter, au milieu de culture, (a) un polynucléotide qui contient la séquence de base de SEQ ID NO: 1 ou une séquence de base fournie par l'exécution, sur la séquence de base susmentionnée, de la suppression, de la substitution, de l'insertion ou de l'addition de 1 à 3 bases, ou (b) un vecteur qui code le polynucléotide selon (a).
