Abstract:
(EN) A rubber composition comprising the following, relative to 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber component: 5 to 200 parts by mass of a filler; 5 parts by mass or more of a first resin component having a glass transition temperature of 0 to 200°C, said first resin component being miscible with the diene rubber component; 5 parts by mass or more of a plasticizer including a hetero atom, said plasticizer having a freezing point of 20°C or lower and a viscosity at 25°C of 100,000 mPa•s or less; and 21 parts by mass or more of a second resin component including a hetero atom in the chemical structure thereof and including a cyclic conjugated diene structure, said second resin component having a glass transition temperature of 0 to 180°C, and acid number of 400 mgKOH/g or less, and said first resin component being immiscible with the diene rubber component.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc comprenant les constituants suivants, par rapport à 100 parties en masse d'un constituant de caoutchouc diénique : 5 à 200 parties en masse d'une charge ; 5 parties en masse ou plus d'un premier constituant de type résine présentant une température de transition vitreuse de 0 à 200°C, ledit premier constituant de type résine étant miscible avec le constituant de caoutchouc diénique ; 5 parties en masse ou plus d'un plastifiant comprenant un hétéroatome, ledit plastifiant présentant un point de congélation de 20°C ou moins et une viscosité à 25°C de 100000 mPa•s ou moins ; et 21 parties en masse ou plus d'un deuxième constituant de type résine comprenant un hétéroatome dans sa structure chimique et comprenant une structure diénique conjuguée cyclique, ledit deuxième constituant de type résine présentant une température de transition vitreuse de 0 à 180°C et un indice d'acide de 400 mg de KOH/g ou moins et ledit premier constituant de type résine étant non miscible avec le constituant de caoutchouc diénique.
(JA) ジエン系ゴム成分100質量部に対し、充填剤5~200質量部と、ガラス転移温度が0~200℃であり、ジエン系ゴム成分に対して相溶性を示す第1の樹脂成分5質量部以上と、ヘテロ原子を含み、凝固点が20℃以下であり、25℃における粘度が10万mPa・s以下である可塑剤5質量部以上と、化学構造にヘテロ原子を含み、環式共役ジエン構造を含み、ガラス転移温度が0~180℃であり、酸価が400mgKOH/g以下であり、ジエン系ゴム成分に対して相溶性を示さない第2の樹脂成分21質量部以上とを含む、ゴム組成物。
