Abstract:
(EN) A rubber composition for a paper-feeding roll, the rubber composition containing at least a polymer component and a softener, and being configured such that: the 30% Mod(-40°C), which is the modulus of the rubber composition at 30% elongation and -40°C, is 0.94 MPa or less; and E1(22°C)/softener mass parts, which is a value obtained by dividing the dynamic modulus of elasticity E1(22°C) at 22°C obtained in a temperature dispersion measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity by the number of parts by mass of the softener per 100 parts by mass of the polymer component, is 0.008 MPa/phr or higher. Provided thereby are a rubber composition for a paper-feeding roll, and a paper-feeding roll, having exceptional abrasion resistance and retention of frictional coefficient.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc destinée à un rouleau d'alimentation en papier, la composition de caoutchouc contenant au moins un constituant polymère et un plastifiant, et étant conçue de sorte que : le 30 % Mod (-40 °C), qui représente le module de la composition de caoutchouc à 30 % d'allongement et à -40 °C, est inférieur ou égal à 0,94 MPa ; et le E1 (22 °C)/parties en masse de plastifiant, qui représente une valeur obtenue en divisant le module d'élasticité dynamique E1 (22 °C) à 22 °C obtenu lors d'une mesure de dispersion de température de la viscoélasticité dynamique par le nombre de parties en masse du plastifiant pour 100 parties en masse du constituant polymère, est supérieur ou égal à 0,008 MPa/phr. L'invention concerne ainsi une composition de caoutchouc destinée à un rouleau d'alimentation en papier, et un rouleau d'alimentation en papier, présentant des propriétés exceptionnelles de résistance à l'abrasion et de rétention du coefficient de frottement.
(JA) 紙送り用ゴム組成物は、ポリマー成分と軟化剤とを少なくとも含有し、-40℃における30%伸張時のモジュラスである30%Mod(-40℃)が0.94MPa以下であり、かつ、動的粘弾性の温度分散測定において得られる22℃における動的弾性率E1(22℃)を、ポリマー成分の100質量部に対する軟化剤の質量部数で除した値であるE1(22℃)/軟化剤質量部数が0.008MPa/phr以上である。これにより、摩擦係数の保持性と耐摩耗性に優れた紙送りロール用ゴム組成物および紙送りロールが提供される。
