Abstract:
(EN) In order to form a speed controller which is applicable to a short-stroke cylinder with a simple configuration, a speed controller (1) is provided with: a first channel (15) and a second channel (16) which allow flow passage of a pressure fluid by connecting a first port (12) and a second port (14), wherein a first valve (27) is provided to the first channel (15), and a second valve (28) is provided to the second channel (16). The speed controller (1) is further provided with: a third channel (22) and a fourth channel (26), wherein the third channel (22) is equipped with a third valve (46) that allows, in the third channel, only a flow passage from the first port (12) toward a portion on the piston shaft (34) side with respect to a piston (30) in a cylinder chamber (20), and that closes the first channel (15) and the fourth channel (26) as a result of a third valve body (46a) moving in a direction for opening the third channel (22) and opens the first channel (15) and the fourth channel (26) as a result of the third valve body (46a) moving in a direction for closing the third channel (22).
(FR) Afin de former un dispositif de commande de vitesse qui peut s'appliquer à un cylindre à course réduite de configuration simple, un dispositif de commande de vitesse (1) est pourvu : d'un premier canal (15) et d'un deuxième canal (16) qui permettent le passage en écoulement d'un fluide sous pression en reliant un premier orifice (12) et un second orifice (14), une première soupape (27) équipant le premier canal (15) et une deuxième soupape (28) équipant le deuxième canal (16). Le dispositif de commande de vitesse (1) est en outre pourvu : d'un troisième canal (22) et d'un quatrième canal (26), le troisième canal (22) étant équipé d'une troisième soupape (46) qui ne permet, dans ce troisième canal, qu'un passage en écoulement du premier orifice (12) vers une partie sur le côté de l'arbre de piston (34) par rapport à un piston (30) dans une chambre de cylindre (20), et qui ferme le premier canal (15) et le quatrième canal (26), du fait qu'un troisième corps de soupape (46a) se déplace dans un sens d'ouverture du troisième canal (22), et ouvre le premier canal (15) et le quatrième canal (26) du fait que le troisième corps de soupape (46a) se déplace dans un sens de fermeture du troisième canal (22).
(JA) 簡素な構成で、ショートストロークのシリンダに適用可能なスピードコントローラとすることを課題とする。 解決手段として、スピードコントローラ(1)は、第1ポート(12)と第2ポート(14)とを連通して圧力流体を通流させる第1流路(15)、第2流路(16)を備え、第1流路(15)に第1弁(27)が配され、第2流路(16)に第2弁(28)が配され、第3流路(22)、第4流路(26)をさらに備え、第3流路(22)には、第3流路において第1ポート(12)からシリンダ室(20)におけるピストン(30)に対してピストン軸(34)の側の部分へ向かう通流のみを許容し、かつ、第3流路(22)を開通する方向に第3弁体(46a)が移動することによって第1流路(15)と第4流路(26)とを閉鎖し、第3流路(22)を閉鎖する方向に移動することによって第1流路(15)と第4流路(26)とを開通する第3弁(46)が配される。
