Title: NUCLEOTIDE MIXTURES FOR THE AMPLIFICATION AND SEQUENCING OF NUCLEIC ACID POLYMERS
Abstract:
The present invention relates to mixtures of dNTP nucleotides and/or the analogues thereof, in different proportions and/or different molar concentrations of each of same, which allow optimum polymerisation of nucleic acids, regardless of the content and distribution thereof inside the polymer. The invention also relates to a process for amplifying and sequencing nucleic acid polymers, characterised in that it uses one or more of said mixtures dNTP. The mixtures can be used to generate nucleotide polymers in any variant of PCR or RT-PCR, or to sequence same using conventional methods, pyrosequencing or third-generation sequencing.
