Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for controlling a reduction cell, characterised in that: a cycle length of between 5 and 15 minutes is imposed on the cell; a step of measuring the voltage across the terminals of the cell is carried out such as to obtain voltage values over at least 4 cycles; using the voltage values obtained in the measurement step, a step is performed in which the slope of the voltage is calculated; the slope values are processed statistically such as to produce a slope variation range; and a step is performed in which the operating parameters of the cell are corrected according to the slope variation range obtained in the statistical processing step, by modifying at least one operating parameter.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de pilotage d'une cuve d' électrolyse, caractérisé en ce que : - on impose à ladite cuve une durée de cycle comprise entre 5 et 15 minutes, - on réalise une étape de mesure de la tension électrique aux bornes de la cuve de façon à obtenir des valeurs de tension sur au moins 4 cycles, - on réalise, à l'aide des valeurs de tension électrique obtenues à l'étape de mesure, une étape de calcul de la pente de ladite tension, - on effectue un traitement statistique sur les valeurs de pente de façon à obtenir une amplitude des variations de pente, et - on réalise une étape de correction des paramètres de marche de ladite cuve en fonction de l'amplitude des variations de pente obtenues à l'étape de traitement statistique en modifiant au moins un paramètre de marche.
